Sadie is now the founder behind Portland’s first hammam—HARARA—a steam, scrub, and social sanctuary rooted in self-care and community. But like any dream worth chasing, the path wasn’t linear.
We talk about the power of letting go, trusting divine timing, and how life’s unexpected turns—from the loss of a loved one, to the birth of her child, to navigating a new job—have all shaped this journey. Sadie shares what it’s been like building her vision from the ground up, including selling body scrubs and lotions at Portland markets to connect with the community one conversation at a time.
